Envisioned as a confluence of heritage and modernity, the building celebrates both the brand’s iconic stature and the people who shape its future every day. Each level is conceptualized as a unique chapter—where purpose aligns with identity—resulting in a workplace that doubles as a cultural landmark.

Guided by Swathy Sivaraman’s expertise in sustainability from Harvard’s HES program, the headquarters adheres to IGBC standards while embracing material consciousness and environmental well-being. Abundant natural light streams through the expansive façade, minimizing energy consumption and promoting a healthy, uplifting ambience. Biophilic elements, traditional textures, and intricate detailing woven throughout the interiors create a design language that is rooted in heritage while clearly speaking to a global audience.

At the heart of the design are statement ceilings inspired by India’s rich artisanal crafts. These ceilings reinterpret motifs and craftsmanship through contemporary geometry, ensuring that cultural memory remains visible and celebrated. The result is an architectural tapestry that reflects continuity, pride, and timeless artistry.

A thoughtful spatial composition supports both collaboration and focus. Innovation pods, lounge settings, and informal meeting zones punctuate the workplace, encouraging creativity and collective ownership.
