In one line

A multi-layered Mumbai landmark combining retail, offices, and social spaces, with landscaped podiums, sky bridges, and a floating restaurant. The design fosters connection, movement, and community engagement, balancing efficiency and identity while creating a sustainable, self-sufficient urban destination that is both iconic and alive with people and activity.

About the project

Envisioned as a dynamic hub for commerce, work, and community life, this Mumbai landmark transforms a single-site development into a multi-layered destination. The project integrates commercial, social, and professional functions within a single, unified composition, creating a seamless experience from street level to sky terraces.

At the base, a vibrant mall activates the street, drawing energy, activity, and inclusivity into the city fabric. Above, the podium serves as the social and cultural heart, offering shared amenities that foster interaction and leisure, while landscaped terraces and sky bridges provide new levels of connectivity. The three towers rising from this foundation are carefully zoned to meet diverse professional needs, balancing efficiency with corporate identity. High above, the floating restaurant stands as a signature element—a one-of-a-kind destination that draws the city’s attention and becomes an instant icon.

The design philosophy focuses on shared experiences without compromising individuality. Movement, transition, and sightlines are orchestrated to create a sense of openness and engagement throughout the complex. Voids in the façade reduce wind pressure, improving comfort on terraces and upper floors. Horizontal and vertical zoning clearly distinguishes retail, communal, and office spaces, while greenery and landscaped terraces soften these transitions, bringing nature into the urban fabric.

Sustainability, self-sufficiency, and long-term value underpin every decision—from circulation planning to energy efficiency and natural ventilation strategies. The podium acts as a platform for markets, cultural activities, and community gatherings, ensuring that the building serves not only its occupants but the wider neighborhood. Sky terraces and interconnected rooftops redefine the notion of “ground,” providing elevated social spaces and connecting the towers into a cohesive whole.

This project is more than a mixed-use building; it is a living, breathing landmark that celebrates movement, interaction, and urban life. By blending commerce, work, and culture, the design creates a signature identity for Mumbai, where people, stories, and architecture converge to produce a place of shared pride and lasting impact.
