For the client, an established hospitality entrepreneur with a proven track record in hotels and fitness, the brief was to create a space that combines culinary excellence with immersive ambience, appealing to both resort guests and external visitors alike.
The concept celebrates a dual dining experience: an elegant indoor restaurant and a vibrant open-air extension. Inside, guests are welcomed into a climate-controlled environment where warm lighting, lush seating, and thoughtful materials create a sense of refined comfort. Subtle design touches reflect the restaurant’s identity, guiding visitors through a journey of culinary and sensory delight. Outdoors, the atmosphere transforms into a breezy, relaxed setting. Fabric roofs, ambient evening lighting, and natural textures foster an open connection with the landscape, offering patrons a dynamic environment that evolves from day to night.
Spatial planning balances functionality and flow. Table arrangements, bar seating, private dining areas, and water features are carefully positioned to support both intimate dining and social gatherings. The indoor restaurant spans approximately 2,317 sq ft, while the outdoor area covers around 2,800 sq ft, including private dining zones. At the center of the outdoor space, a raw-style bar acts as a sculptural focal point, drawing attention with natural textures and a vibrant presence that mirrors the surrounding landscape.
