A revolutionary twin-tower project that reimagines the high-rise as a living, breathing part of the urban fabric. A “green spine” twists upward, connecting public spaces, gardens, retail, and residences—creating a city within a city. Even the museum at the top becomes a symbol of civic generosity.
Case Study 2: Booking.com Campus, Amsterdam

Forget sterile workspaces—this campus invites you to stroll, connect, dine, and think. From lush rooftops to “hill-like” architectural flow, the design blends wellness with work, proving that productivity and pleasure can coexist.
Case Study 3: Ras Al Khaimah Tower, Dubai
A thousand façades in one—this pearlescent ceramic-skinned tower adapts to its desert surroundings, minimizing heat load and maximizing aesthetic dynamism. Ceramic fins, strategic glazing, and even a ballrooms-in-carpark twist showcase ingenuity and restraint in equal measure.
Going Beyond Buildings: Bangalore’s Urban Branding Manual
In one of their few Indian projects, UNStudio developed an urban branding manual for a mixed-use tech campus in Bangalore. Inspired by the city’s green identity, cultural roots, and wellness consciousness, this manual sets the tone for future architects to build holistically and humanely.
