Perched high above the city, this penthouse residence becomes a world unto itself—an elevated realm where bold neo-classical elegance converges with the sculptural force of contemporary brutalism. The dialogue between these two distinct architectural languages forms a layered narrative that is both commanding and unexpectedly warm, allowing the home to feel grand yet deeply livable.
Sculpted marbles, rich with dramatic veining, anchor the interiors with a quiet sense of opulence. Their substantial presence is carefully counterbalanced by embossed wall panels and intricately detailed ceilings that reference classical grandeur without slipping into nostalgia. These architectural gestures, rich in texture and craft, lend the home a ceremonial quality, as though each space has been thoughtfully composed to carry its own story. The detailing is precise and restrained, ensuring that ornamentation enhances rather than overwhelms.
Natural light plays a central role in shaping the experience of the residence. Strategic ceiling cut-outs frame glimpses of the sky above, drawing daylight deep into the interiors. As the day progresses, this shifting light casts soft, kinetic shadows across marble surfaces and textured walls, subtly transforming the character of the spaces.
