The name βSkywellβ reflects the firmβs core design ethosβcreating green pockets within built environments that invite air, light, and rain, promoting a deeper connection with nature.
With a growing portfolio of hospitality and residential projects across Chhattisgarh, Studio Skywell brings a fresh and youthful perspective to contemporary architecture. The studio is committed to environmentally conscious design, blending contextual sensitivity with innovative spatial planning and appropriate technologies.

Each project is approached as a unique opportunity to harmonize client needs with climate-responsive solutionsβdelivering architecture that is grounded, elegant, and future-ready.
Area: 940 sq ft
Set on the outskirts of Raipur, where the city’s buzz slowly dissolves into open skies and greenery, Eco Eden Farmhouse reimagines the idea of weekend living. Created as a compact Airbnb retreat for short-term getaways and intimate gatherings, this 10,000 sq.ft. property proves that luxury doesn’t need scale—just intention.
Designed with sustainability, adaptability, and regional rootedness in mind, Eco Eden offers a modern yet grounded lifestyle for guests looking to disconnect, decompress, and be surrounded by nature.
Where Function Meets Stillness
Responding to the client’s brief for a multi-use rental space with a minimal footprint, the design team created a cleverly zoned villa—complete with a dedicated bedroom and a convertible living area that can flex based on the group’s needs. The structure sits confidently at the center of the site, orchestrating two unique experiences: a lush, inviting front garden and a secluded backyard escape with a private pool and shaded gazebo.
From spontaneous weekend retreats to celebratory parties, the space adapts—quietly but capably.
Design That Breathes with Nature
The architecture blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors, echoing a vernacular spirit through form and material. Wide verandas, sloped tile roofs, and covered entrances take cues from traditional Chhattisgarhi homes, while expansive sliding glass doors open the interiors to the landscape.
Inside, the villa is an ode to texture and tactility—a soft palette of rough plastered walls, Kota stone flooring, and locally sourced wood and cane furniture fosters warmth and authenticity. Bamboo mat ceilings and exposed wooden rafters lend the space a handcrafted quality, grounding modern living in time-honored aesthetics.
This design philosophy is not about showcasing luxury—it’s about creating calm. About reconnecting with simpler, slower rhythms.
Sustainability as an Experience
Sustainability here isn’t just in the materials—it’s in the lifestyle the space encourages. Thoughtfully selected native plants and water features act as green buffers, creating privacy without isolation. The villa becomes an immersive retreat where guests not only stay close to nature—they live within it.
The project speaks a clear language of modern ecological architecture—rooted in tradition, built for today, and ready for the future.
