Set within a 1900 sq.ft. layout, Noira unfolds as a study in quiet restraint—an apartment that balances shadow and light, surface and void, stillness and movement. Designed for a family living abroad, it offers both spatial connectedness and effortless upkeep. The palette is monastic yet sensorial—grey stone floors, textured ceilings, warm wood veneers, and soft neutral fabrics creating harmony through contrast.

Guided by two elemental devices—the line and the light—the design shapes both form and experience. Twin living areas are divided by a sculptural swing that acts as a threshold, connecting the formal lounge and informal seating zone. An elliptical marble inlay anchors the living space, while a circular ceiling motif with custom topographic graphics introduces depth and dynamism.

The open kitchen and balcony extend the visual continuity, merging daily life with nature. Bedrooms continue this quiet ethos—minimal, tactile, and contemplative. In Noira, design recedes into calm precision, allowing light, texture, and geometry to orchestrate a home defined by stillness rather than spectacle.
