Designed by Earthitects
Tucked into the rocky terrains of Wayanad, Kerala, Estate Aana Pana by Earthitects is a 10,000 sq. ft. private residence that reimagines luxury through the lens of nature-first design. Built over three levels and carefully nestled into the hillside, the villa does not impose on the landscape—instead, it becomes part of it. With sweeping views of the Western Ghats and a philosophy rooted in reverence for the land, this home exemplifies Earthitects’ commitment to immersive, sustainable living.

Architecture That Respects and Reveres the Land
The defining feature of Estate Aana Pana is its integration of natural boulders into the architectural plan. Rather than removing or displacing these formations, the design embraces them—allowing untouched rocks to anchor the Master Bedroom, Formal Living, Bridge, and Bath areas. These boulders become not just features, but sacred elements, grounding the space and symbolizing a deeper harmony with the earth beneath.

Material Palette That Reflects the Surroundings
Throughout the villa, natural and locally sourced materials—including wooden flooring, log rafters, cobblestone walkways, and rubble stone walls—enhance the organic spirit of the home. There is no visual divide between inside and out. Every finish, every texture is chosen to mirror the surrounding landscape, allowing the home to breathe with its environment rather than standing apart from it.

Signature Spaces Sculpted by Nature
Standout spaces include the Flow Seater, a built-in seating arrangement that curves around a boulder in the living room, and the Natural Oasis Washroom, where a stone basin and organic contours turn the act of bathing into a ritual of reconnection. Even small details like twisted tree poles and mirrors placed to reflect foliage contribute to an experience that is both intimate and immersive.

Design That Blurs Boundaries Between Indoors and Outdoors
Hidden within thick forest cover, Estate Aana Pana plays with light, texture, and open sightlines to create fluid transitions between built space and wilderness. Each level of the villa opens up to curated views, while the outdoor pool and dining pavilion invite guests to relax within nature’s cradle. Whether seated beneath a canopy of stars or waking up to mist-clad hills, the home cultivates a multi-sensory relationship with the land.

Crafted With Care, Designed for Discovery
Every element of the residence reflects local craftsmanship and intuitive design thinking. There are no superfluous statements—only considered gestures that elevate simplicity and celebrate natural form. Earthitects’ signature approach—designing with the land, not just on it—infuses every corner with a sense of mindfulness, encouraging residents to slow down, observe, and feel connected to their environment.

A Soulful Retreat Where Luxury Meets Landscape
More than just a home, Estate Aana Pana is a soulful sanctuary. It’s a place to reconnect with nature, rediscover stillness, and experience luxury in its most honest form—guided by the earth. From panoramic vistas to handcrafted interiors, the villa offers a lifestyle rooted in serenity, sustainability, and sensory richness. Here, nature leads—and architecture follows.
